DESCRIPTION

With 6 anti-clogging PyroCentric open burners, and 2 rings of flame per burner, the IR-6 offers durability, productivity and outstanding quality. The unit features an anti-clogging pilot shield and heavy duty cast iron grates which can be easily removed for cleaning purposes. The oven offers impressive heat distribution and retention, due to the ‘U’ shaped burner, burner baffle and heat reflector, which work simultaneously to ensure heat is spread evenly throughout the oven, and reduce the amount of heat that escapes. The oven also boasts a porcelainised interior, adding to ease of cleaning.
