The Cook and Hold cabinet’s gentle convection roasting produces a deliciously tender roast, naturally browned to perfection. Saving you time and labour, the unit can be set to cook to a certain time or temperature. Food shrinkage is greatly reduced due to the precision engineered interior heat duct system which gently circulates even heat throughout the cabinet. This also improves the quality of the food, encouraging caramelisation and moisture retention, resulting in consistently tender meats. The Cook and Hold has lower BTUs than most convection ovens, meaning that energy costs are much lower. Cleaning is also simplified, thanks to the removable stainless steel tray racks, and stainless steel exterior.
