The P44 series features two independently controlled baking chambers, each with 2 decks which can be either corderite or brick-lined. Offering increased temperatures and recovery times, this unit is perfect for cooking deliciously crispy pizzas and other baked goods. You can bake directly on the deck, or on screens, pans or baking sheets. The Bakers Pride also features independently controlled top and bottom heating elements, and each chamber has a 15-minute electric timer with a continuous ring alarm, to reduce the risk of overcooking. Its compactness makes it ideal for almost any kitchen, even those with minimal space, and its stainless steel exterior makes it easy to wipe down after use.
