Tell us a bit about yourself.
When I was younger, I went to catering college for 3 years – after which I won my first job as being the best college student! I became a Head Chef at the age of 21, then Executive Chef at 24 years old. I’ve now been a Chef for 30 years!
What’s your favourite thing about working at Middleby UK?
Every day is a different day from showroom demo to on-site training or food development for the bigger chains. Nearly every day is a learning curve – you never stop learning at MUK.
How long have you been at Middleby?
Just over 4 years.
What’s your favourite product?
I love the Magikitch’n chrome grill but the Southbend absolutely blows me away every time I use it. The reaction from customers is amazing every single time.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I spend a lot of time with my two boys. I also have two dogs that I love to take out on long walks, as well as one of my son’s two dogs too! I’m a big sports fan, so I spend a lot of my free time watching any sports that I can.
And finally, just for fun, what’s your favourite food?
Hmm, baked beans I love, but if I was dining out – Indian or a good steak.
