As two of the most prominent brands in catering equipment, the existing agreement featured an exclusive manufacturer partnership, with First Choice Group holding status as Middleby UK’s official spare parts partner. Thanks to the ongoing success, this collaboration has now resulted in a strengthening of the alliance, with Middleby UK handing parts ID and both in and out of warranty parts supply to First Choice Group.
A direct subsidiary of the global leading Middleby Corporation, Middleby UK is home to brands including Pitco, Josper, Middleby Marshall and coffee brands, Concordia and Synesso. A manufacturer of high-quality appliances, it is estimated that one in every three restaurants around the world, use a Middleby appliance, so it is no wonder the business is so prominent.
This new strengthened partnership sees First Choice Group given complete responsibility for handling all parts supply, whether in or out of warranty, alongside a specialist parts ID service. A service that will significantly enhance efficiency for both First Choice and Middleby UK customers, Parts ID uses specially developed tools to identify the required spare part quickly and accurately. Accessing thousands of manuals, associated documents, parts numbers and model details, a team of dedicated First Choice Parts ID Specialists, are on hand to support customers.
The enhanced agreement also sees First Choice Group take responsibility for Middleby UK’s warranty spares. Handling all calls for parts during the warranty period, we will be able to take requests through the sales order process, manage stock and report back to the Middleby UK team, identifying, reducing, and preventing reoccurring faults and associated downtime.

The enhanced stock holding of Middleby UK parts has been actioned, along with providing access to a complete library of manufacturer resources and technical documents on the First Choice Group website. The interactive site hosts a range training videos and a fully transactional ecommerce platform, allowing customers to identify, view and purchase their required spare part. For convenience from your pocket, the First Choice app gives access to everything from the main website, on the move! Complete with voice search function and new account sync – allowing customers to begin their order on the website, adding parts to their basket, and continue from where they left off on their phone – the app is a must use companion.
